Simone has been working as an Occupational Therapist for 15 years. She has extensive experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management and medico-legal arenas for the majority of her career.

As well as Injury Management, Simone’s past work experience includes working in Community Health, overseas hospitals and working with children and adults with disabilities.

Simone has also worked for many years as a Rehabilitation Consultant for small and large Rehabilitation Providers, working with clients such as major department stores, leading law firms and several Sydney Hotels, providing case management for injured workers and their employers.

Simone’s key areas of interest include ergonomic, functional and medico legal assessments.

Felicity Birrell

Felicity has worked extensively as a clinical Occupational Therapist in Sydney hospitals. She gained strong injury management experience while employed as an Injury Management Advisor in a Workers Compensation and CTP Insurance environment. This was proceeded by tertiary rehabilitation and case management exposure as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Felicity has a strong adult training and facilitator background while running ongoing Manual Handling, back care education and Ergonomic programs.

Shelley has worked in the field of Occupational Therapy and Vocational Rehabilitation Consultancy, for 10 years, before expanding her interests to the broader areas of health and safety management systems, workplace safety and injury prevention.

Shelley has completed post graduate studies in Health, Safety and Environment, and continues to develop her knowledge with a Masters Degree in Health Science.

Shelley is passionate about making the workplace a healthy place to be, and about the right to come and go from work, without unnecessary injury or pain.
